Emergency Cancelation

HeartCore Medical Training reserves the right to cancel any class scheduled due to any emergency circumstances. We will notify the client of any cancellation due to an emergency as soon as possible and we will be happy to offer you reschedule dates for any class that is canceled for these reasons. Note: HeartCore Medical Training is not responsible for any financial costs incurred by the client for any class if it is canceled due to an emergency.

Class Rescheduling, Cancelation, and No Show

If a client needs to reschedule or cancel any class currently scheduled, they can do so by contacting HeartCore Medical Training via phone or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled class, at no additional cost. You can check out other dates to reschedule your class on the booking page and call us with the desired date, time, and location for the new class. If a client cancels a class at our facility, shows up late and is turned away because the class already started, or simply does not show up for the class a 25% Cancelation or No-Show fee will be added to the Invoice and it will need to be paid before coming to the next class. In case of No-show without prior cancelation and if a refund is requested. The amount refunded will have a deduction of the 25% fee for the class. Please remember we run very small groups or 1 on 1 class and in some cases, the instructors show up only to teach you.

Instructors will contact you if you have not shown up for the class and wait no longer than 15 min if you do not answer when they are contacting you before leaving the training site.

For clients canceling a class at their location within the 48 hours time frame a $99 cancellation fee is applied. If for any reason the instructor is turned away at the door on the date and time of a scheduled class, the client is responsible for the full cost of the course as detailed in the pricing quote provided.
